R2-Digg2 is a Digg Feed Aggregator/Rearranger. It creates RSS feeds that show the submitter, digg and comment count as well as contains a direct link to the submitted story. The below feeds are auto-created from the Digg API.

Just add any one of them to your RSS reader of choice.

You can also create custom feeds that R2 may be able to process. Please use the guidelines found on the Digg API Tutorial. Replace http://services.digg.com/ with http://www.r2unit.com/digg/ as shown below.
